Do you offer fully managed services?
Yes! We can offer landlords a fully managed service where we take care of everything for you; including onboarding tenants, compliance and maintenance.
Who's responsible for maintenance?
As part of our managed landlord agreement, we cover the upkeep of the property and ensure the annual certifications are all up to date and in order. Maintenance can be filed by tenants on our app, and we provide an out of hours call out service for emergencies. We contact contractors, chase updates and record evidence of repairs and give you access to your certificates, so you have the peace of mind that your properties are fully compliant.
Do you carry out inspections at the property?
Yes! We conduct regular property inspections and issues rarely if ever, go unnoticed. You can always guarantee matters will be identified and resolved promptly as we also carry out formal mid-term inspections, with a report the landlord and the tenants can view.
Is there a minimum size property?
No! The beauty of our service is that we look after everything from studio apartments to six bedrooms plus properties!
Do you offer refurbishment?
We offer a full refurbishment programme for landlords looking to upgrade their properties. After looking at your budget, we'll put together a package that suits your needs and ensure any refurbishment work is well maintained.
Who deals with deposit disputes?
We register and transfer deposits into the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) to offer landlords and tenants security. If you chose to be managed by us, we will handle deposit disputes on your behalf; but if you manage the property yourself you will be responsible for handling the disputes.
How long will it take for my property to be advertised?
Advertising is immediate after we receive your compliance paperwork. New properties are marketed on our website, social media channels and various other platforms.
How can I ensure my property is compliant?
We will arrange regular inspections of your property during a tenancy, and arrange for professional certification for essential documents to ensure your property meets the highest standards.
